Lu Boyu, born in 1991 in Liaoning, China, graduated from the Visual Communication Department of the Dalian Industrial University in 2014, and currently lives and works in Shanghai. Lu’s practice often manifests itself in a concise form and incorporates anti-plot narrative to create direct emotional impacts. He questions the daily order with a rebellious attitude, so as to repeatedly scrutinize and explore the reality of the world, these continuous analysis are reflected through the composure of his works.
